Our Services
Medical Care
Our goal is to provide primary care for patients 18+ that are without health insurance. Many patients seen are being treated for chronic health issues like diabetes and high blood pressure. The medical clinic enables them to receive quality care at no cost.
We have phlebotomists on site so patients can have blood drawn at their appointments, if needed.
Additionally, the majority of prescriptions prescribed to patients are provided at no cost to them.
Mental Heath + Spiritual Care
With a LCSW on staff, El Cuerpo is able to provide mental health screenings to clinic patients and, for those that meet requirements, on-going 1:1 mental health therapy.
Many patients express a desire to receive prayer and spiritual support at their appointment. We have volunteers on site to provide this.
Wrap-Around Services
Every patient meets with a social worker at the end of their visit to assess needs. El Cuerpo refers patients to community resources, even assisting with paperwork, to ensure that patients receive the support they deserve.
Through community partnerships, El Cuerpo links patients with health education opportunities like the YMCA’s health classes. Additionally, we host the NHC Health Department to teach nutrition classes during clinic.
